Hongxing feeder-breakers feature a low, horizontal profile that operates without eccentric motion to provide the lowest height truck dump installation of any crusher arrangement available. For maximum space efficiency, each feeder-breaker features an integral surge hopper (if required), a flight conveyor, and a rotary pick breaker. Specific material output size is achieved by breaker picks and a pick pattern designed to work with conveyor flights. High-strength engineered conveyor chain, with hardened link pins, is specially manufactured for long life, low maintenance and superior dependability.

This communication highway operates from a single Leaky Feeder Cable that acts as a mine-wide antenna. It eliminates the need to install and maintain dozens of hardwired cables and signal wires. The feeder breaker is a single roll breaker that utilizes the feeder flights and the floor as a second roll. The feeder breaker because of its construction and technology fractures the material so to keep the amount of fines to the lowest in the industry. The feeder breaker only breaks oversize material and allows undersize to pass and therefore saving energy and wear on the machine.
